Bozyazi Halk BeachorBozyazi sahiliis a city public beach located in the village of Bozyazı, 187 kilometers from Mersin.
This is nothing an unremarkable, sparsely populated sand and pebble beach (with large pebbles), about 1100 meters long. There is an area with sun loungers and deck chairs. There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the beach.

In the evening, local residents with children gather in the local park, located right by the beach, to chat and drink tea.

We have never swam here, somehow I didn’t want to – the open sea, waves, the water near the shore was a little cloudy due to sand and waves. Foreigners are rare guests here. Mostly residents of the village and Turks relax here, coming here to their summer apartments and townhouses.
From Mersin you can get here by car or by Mersin-Antalya bus. Travel time is about 2.5 hours.
