Holland America Line has changed its passenger pre-cruise procedures again

Holland America Line makes it even easier cruise rules for passengers. Latest update of COVID-19 protocols — Travel Well — eliminates the need to be tested for COVID-19 before most cruises, regardless of travelers' vaccination status.

Thus, even unvaccinated guests traveling on “standard protocol” flights are no longer required to be tested before sailing. Vaccination status checks will also be discontinued unless required by individual ports of call.

On the cruise operator's website, guests who have booked tickets can find out for themselves which rules and restrictions apply to their cruise. You need to enter your booking number in the Health Protocols Tool tab to see the specific protocols for your flight.

Holland America Line recommends that travelers visit the TravelWell section of the company's official website for up-to-date information before embarking on a cruise, as well as instructions on in what form, if necessary, to provide test results.
