Daily Star, a popular tourist resource, published information that The Catalan government recently passed a law that officially eliminates “discrimination” women relative to swimwear tops at beaches and other swimming areas such as public and hotel swimming pools.
Tourists who plan to vacation in Spain this fall need to be prepared for realities. Now in the resort areas of Barcelona and the Costa Brava, women can move freely and sunbathe only in the lower part of the swimsuit. It is worth noting that any attempts to make comments to such women will be regarded as a violation of their legal rights with all the ensuing consequences – scandalous situations, proceedings with the police, possible fines.
