Do you want to visit the annual Lemon Festival in France? There is nothing easier, apply for a visa to France, book tours to Nice in February, and come to the town of Menton, located right there on the Cote d'Azur, about 30 kilometers from Nice airport, which has direct flights from Moscow (Aeroflot flies). You can also get to Nice from Russia by train, or fly with a transfer in Paris (you can save a lot of money with this option, since direct Aeroflot flights can hardly be called cheap).
