The program is rich and, it seems to me, even a little overloaded: on the first day, tests, then a whole carload of physiotherapy procedures (magnetolaser therapy, electrophoresis, SMT, EHF), inhalations, massages, mineral baths. There is practically no free time on weekdays, but on weekends there is a lot of it.
The menu is absolutely dietary, but rustic: in the evening it is agreed upon, they are given in portions, and for goodies you need to go to the city. We always tried to keep snacks in the room.
The staff is polite and sociable, they meet halfway and reschedule procedures if you are late or you have an excursion. But for the canceled money will not be returned, so have time to reschedule in advance to another day.
What disappointed you?
No entertainment, except for a TV with two channels in the room. There are concerts, dull and miserable, while for an additional fee. Tired rooms, outdated buildings, the Soviet spirit in the dining room. There is a lack of household trifles in the rooms: clothes dryers, towel hooks, plugs for the bathroom, only one bar of soap is given for the entire period, bed linen is changed once a week. The territory is shabby, there is no feeling of grooming and neatness, as, for example, in Essentuki city parks. 1/1

The city itself is very cozy and clean
Many beautiful streets and interesting museums. But there is a big problem with the toilets: public ones are always closed, they don’t let you go to the toilet in a cafe if you haven’t made an order, and they monitor this very vigilantly. Very poor service in the cafe: they cheat and cheat, they issue checks written by hand, where extra items are added.
Locals are not very happy with tourists. It's very difficult to just tell them something, they are very arrogant and unfriendly.
