Radisson Nice Airport Hotel is located in the heart of Aranas and the Eco Valley, opposite the city's future convention center. Chef Gaetan Debes prepares inspired contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Previously, he worked in Paris at La Palme d'Or, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. The menu at L'Azur is “inspired by the region's sunny flavors”, with all dishes made from fresh, local produce. The menu features several vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a selection of homemade desserts, ice cream and sorbets.
The hotel's outdoor pool has sun loungers for guests to relax, while the open-air bar serves meals and drinks during the day and in the evening. The outdoor space can also be reserved for private events for up to 50 guests. It features a brand new fitness room with state of the art and environmentally friendly equipment, including wooden water rowers and a treadmill.
The hotel also features over 390 m2 of meeting space and other events in six conference rooms, each equipped with air conditioning and state-of-the-art equipment that can support hybrid meetings. The hotel expects to be awarded the Green Key eco-label, which recognizes tourist sites committed to sustainability and environmental protection.
