Ryanair switched all flights from Amsterdam to blended fuel

Ryanair announced that that has expanded its partnership with Neste — the world's leading supplier of sustainable aviation fuel SAF. Since April 1, the carrier has been using a mixture of 40 percent SAF on all its flights from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

This is a concrete step towards achieving the ambitious goal of Ryanair — by 2030, operate at least 12.5% of flights using SAF. The final task — to reach zero by 2050.

By the end of 2023, Nestle promises to increase its production capacity for environmentally friendly SAF fuel to 1.5 million tons per year.
