The annual list of 50 must-see places on the planet singled out Ras al-Khaimah for its adventure tourism offerings and unique natural environment.
The biggest discovery was Jais Sledder — toboggan run along the slope of the Hajar mountain range. This is the longest toboggan run in the — over 1,840 meters of breathtaking hairpin turns at speeds up to 40 kilometers per hour. Jais Sledder has received more than 54,000 visitors since it opened in February this year.
Ras Al Khaimah — one of the first destinations in the region to recover to coronavirus levels. The authorities of the emirate expect that by the end of the year the number of tourists will exceed 1.11 million people, and the next year the tourist flow will fully recover.
