Turkish authorities have limited the number of foreigners who can live in a row regions of the country, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said.
From July 1, no more than 20% of foreigners will be able to live in each region, the minister added (previously the quota was 25%). Then about 1.2 thousand residential areas will be closed for settlement by migrants. According to him, this applies to both the granting of asylum and the issuance of residence permits.
